Each item costs $10/N10000 and above to engrave. Orders with engraving will take 3-5 working days to arrive. 

There is a limit of a maximum of 30 characters per item. Only characters A-Z and 1-10 may be used for engraving.

*Please note we do not recommend using all capital letters for full sentences, where necessary our engraving experts may need to amend the chosen format.
 

NOTICE

• Payment for engraved products must be made prior to the commencement of the engraving.

• Orders for engraved products cannot be cancelled or changed once engraving work has started on them.

• It is your responsibility to supply clear written instructions for your engraving. We will not be responsible for errors caused as a result of unclear or misleading instructions.

• We are not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, order quantity, or other ordering errors. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your order carefully before submitting.

• Engraved goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

• Special rates apply for requests with added designs/illustrations.

A draft of engraving placement will be sent to you for approval.

You are entitled to ONE revision. Once approved, your item is now ready for engraving.
Rush orders are available for a fee. Please contact us to confirm our availability. You will be notified once your item(s) are ready for pick up or shipped with tracking.
