DO YOU DELIVER ALL OVER NIGERIA?

Yes, we offer door step delivery all across Nigeria though delivery times may vary from state to state.

COURIER COMPANIES WE USE

We really appreciate every order placed with us and strive to start processing them as soon as they are received. We dispatch orders everyday. In most cases, orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours after they are received. Orders may also take longer in certain circumstances. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day (Monday).

In the event that a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. If you place multiple orders within a short period of time, your orders may be consolidated and delivered as a single order unless under-wise stated..

Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a general guide, as delays can sometimes occur that are outside of our control, particularly during busy times such as Christmas. We will do our best to deliver goods promptly, however, we can not accept liability for delay in delivery for any cause.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES AT THE SAME TIME?

Sorry, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend you place separate orders for the same.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

To track your order, you will be sent a track shipping number via text message or email. Alternatively, you can email us your order no. and registered email ID used when you placed your order or call us on +2349081661583. We will check and revert to you on your order status. Please note we are available Mon-Sat from 9am to 5:30pm (except on Public holidays).

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Our orders within Lagos have a 1 to 3 working days delivery time. Outside Lagos 3 to 5 working days and international orders, 4-7 working days

PLEASE NOTE: These are standard delivery time but delays may occur outside our control. If you require express delivery, kindly use Gokada or Uber packages.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Once your order is placed there can not be any changes made. Please be sure to verify your order as well as the address before submitting it.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

We only exchange items that are damaged or defective. Please email luxxcitynigeria@gmail.com for further assistance. Please include name, order number, item damaged/defective, and images of damages.

PLEASE NOTE: Damaged or defective Items must be returned in their original packaging within 48 hours.

CAN I PLACE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE?

We do not take orders over the phone. Orders can be placed through our website, Instagram or WhatsApp.

CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP MY ITEMS AT ANY LOCATION?

Yes, orders placed online can be picked up in store.

ARE YOUR OILS MIXED?

No. We sell quality and undiluted perfume oils.

IS THERE A DROPSHIPPING OPTION?

Yes. We offer dropship services to our customers. Just indicate when you place your order and we will ship to your own client directly without using any of our branded packaging materials.

HOW LONG DOES YOUR PERFUME LAST?

Our perfume and perfume oils lasts up to 24 to 48 hours while Ouds lasts up to 72 hours.

I WANT TO GIFT SOMEONE PERFUME AND SKINCARE PRODUCTS. CAN IT BE PACKED NICELY?

Yes, it can. We have perfume gift sets and boxes to package skincare and perfumes for your loved ones.

ARE YOUR SKINCARE PRODUCTS EFFECTIVE?

Yes, they are . We use only the best quality materials and have a strict production process. Our products are produced under the best condition/environment, we do not cut corners.
